    You must have a dream!

…with it all else can overcome!!

…because it brings the pursuit and diligence!!!

You are young and must have a dream!

… a dream of becoming a successful Person!

… a dream of reaching the Zenith.

Today we are more than ever before, in a situation of intense competition and challenges, that every aspirant awakens, and need to respond with clarity and new creative endeavour. Out of provocation must arise, an order and logic in study, to overcome the challenges. According to Shakespeare, ‘The examination is always formidable, because even a fool can ask a question which the wisest cannot answer’. Most of you remain every a apprehensive about that unknown question which you have never been exposed to, and in the run, your mind always tries to contemplate an unforeseen situation. As a consequence your attention gets diverted from the core concept, and most of your concentration and energy is spent on the fringe-those 5% uncertain questions. You must have a sense of proportion here, as you are aware that questions are asked repeatedly from certain topics. We need to priorities these topics without being over zealously selective. You must apply your common sense while studying or during examination as the selectors are looking for knowledgeable, competitive and innovative minds. I am recalling a solution given by Elbert Einstein; we must stick to the common sense and a sense of proportion. After your preparation, your cautions approach is required while answering the questions. Overconfidence of over-ambition may cost dear. The rule of carpentry applies here too while answering the questions. “Measure thrice, cut once”. Most of the brilliant candidates do not perform well due to overconfidence. They curse the paper setters for selecting easy and common questions, and at the same time, are not able to fetch maximum out of these easy questions. Finally to conclude, I would like to say, "Vision is the art of seeing what is invisible for other."
